Honestly, I’ve had a naughty few days food wise: I’ve been home from uni, and mum’s home cooked lasagne and hot cross buns were just far too tempting, so I gave myself a few days off to just enjoy it all guilt free. That said, I’ve worked hard and lost 5lbs the month I’ve been at home, which I’m most pleased with :)
Now I’m back at uni, it starts again. Had quorn steaks (107 cals) and salad for dinner, and a yoghurt for dessert, so thats not too bad… As for my focus this month its more a case of sticking to my regieme than loosing weight right now- it’s exam season in England, and we all know how easy falling back into the unhealthy eating trap is when you’re stressed. I’ll be continuing to swim and run daily though; all the endorphins seem like a better way to deal with it than eating crap.
Going to get up early and go for a run tomorrow, for the last time in my old shoes before my BRAND NEW LUNARGLIDES arrive tomorrow or Saturday. Ahhhhhh! They’re so pretty, I can’t wait to try them out!
